Hopefully, I will be able to install them on or prior to this weekend on all Toughbooks.<br><br>I am advised that emsCharts will not be turned off for at least five days after January 1st, so you can continue to use it. If you run into a problem, please let me know and you can fall back to completing a paper chart in an emergency.<br><br>Hopefully, we will be ready to run a training session next Wednesday and then take the new system live.<br><br>As a preview, the new system does offer several advantages. It is very similar to emsCharts (after all they all gather the same data). You will not need to go online to lock a PCR, but can do it from the Toughbook, even without an internet connection. There are more drop-down boxes, but less narrative is needed. Almost all fields can be renamed to make them more easily understood.
