If you have a blue light for your vehicle or if you intend on getting one, you need to have a blue light permit in your vehicle. <br><br>If you do not have a blue light permit or your permit has expired (they are only good for 4 years), please print the attached application and complete it. You only need to complete the part that has your name and address, your NJ driver license number, and sign it. Then mark that you are a volunteer and whether this is an initial, renewal or duplicate. The rest will be completed by others.<br><br>Upon completion place it in the Chief's box for his signature.
