<p>Just a quick reminder that the first business meeting of the year will be held tomorrow night, Wednesday , January 18th, starting at 8 p.m. (2000) at the New Road Building.  Please try to be on time as I will start the meeting promptly.</p>

<p>I hope you can make the meeting and take an active part in the operation of our squad this year.</p>

<p>If you would like to serve on any of the committees, please let me know.</p>

<p>If you cannot make the meeting please let me or Brian know.  If you cannot make any single meeting or drill please let Brian or me know.  As for myself, I do not need your reason, I will assume it is important and will let you use your best judgment.   One

 change for this year is that the request must be in writing (email is fine) so that there is no misunderstanding with respect to verbal requests via second or third parties.</p>

<p>Also keep in mind that being excused only applies to maintaining your right to vote at squad meetings.  Per the by-laws it does not apply to eligibility to run for squad office and per the township ordinance it does not give you any LOSAP points for attending

 the meeting.</p>
