<p>Attached is the Length of Service Award Program report for calendar year 2016.  It lists all persons who were listed as active members on January 1, 2016, as well as all persons who earned any points in 2016 based on the records of the squad.</p>

<p>Points were determined based on verifiable records as required by the State in all categories set forth in the South Brunswick Township LOSAP program, except for Continuing Education Units (CEU's).  If you did not make it, but are closed enough that the

 CEU's you earned will help you reach 100, please let me know.  I will need proof of the CEU's for our records.  You earn 1 point for each 2 CEU's you received.  Please note, the township ordinance does not require you to be an EMT to earn CEU's, so you can

 receive LOSAP credit for CEU's even if you are not an EMT.  Please contact me prior to June 15th if you have CEU's you want LOSAP credit for or have any questions as to how the points were tabulated.  I will be submitting the final report on that date.</p>

<p>Also, if this is the first time you have qualified for the annual LOSAP award, please contact me, as you will need to complete some paperwork in order for the township to open a LOSAP account for you and fund it.</p>
