<p>We will be meeting at 9 a.m. this Saturday at the New Road Building to prepare the meeting room so that the repair work on the electrical system can start next week.</p>

<p>As indicated we will start at 9 a.m. and work until the work is completed. The latter will depend on how many people show up.</p>

</p>
<p>We need to clean out the meeting room and strip the paneling and other material off of the wall as well as remove the ceiling tiles.</p>

</p>
<p>Breakfast and lunch will be provided.</p>

</p>
<p>In order to have adequate food ordered we will need a count of how many people will be attending and when.</p>

<p>Please let me know if you will be attending and when.</p>

<p>All members who can make it are expected to attend. Please, do not leave the work for only a few to do it.</p>
