Weather often interferes with our plans, but one does not really expect accumulating snow in mid-November around here.  Unfortunately, that is what we are currently facing.  While originally this storm was supposed to change over to rain at 2 pm with little
 to no accumulation; currently it is continuing to fall at an inch per hour and is now not expected to change to rain until after 7 pm with as much as 5 inches of accumulated snow possible.

Because this poses a danger to persons traveling on the roadways with many accidents having already occurred since many drivers have not faced these conditions since last winter, after conferring with others, I have decided to<u><b> cancel tonight's meeting
 and res</b><b>chedule the meeting for Monday, November 19th at 7 pm at the Squad Building on New Road</b></u>.  I realize this may cause a conflict for some of you and apologize for that.  Our meeting includes several important issues that we need to address. 
 Additionally, we have planned to recognize our members for their accomplishments that we usually do at the installation dinner, but did not do because we did not have a dinner this year.  We have food, some of which will keep until Monday and we were able
 to delay the preparation of other food until Monday.</div>
