Attached via the Middlesex County OEM is the latest version of the AHA extension waivers on certification for providers and instructors. Basically it supersedes the original extension of 60 days to 120 days. It applies to cards expiring in March 2020 or later.
It does not apply to cards that expired in February 2020 or earlier. It applies only for purposes of the AHA, such as renewal. It does not apply to State requirements, who to date have extended CPR cards for 60 days. We will see if they extend it to match
the AHA. The EMSCNJ has been silent on the issue.
