To be eligible you must be between the ages of 18 and 60, must be a U.S. Citizen, resident alien, or have achieved permanent residency status, have an annual income of less than $250,000, be employed or work for a healthcare agency (volunteer EMS provider agencies
are included, work in a role that involves Covid-19 exposure risk.</div>

<p>Individuals who are currently actively volunteering at least 10 hours per month at a healthcare or Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provider where the provider is engaged in testing, treating, or evaluating COVID-19 cases and, in the course of volunteering,
the applicant has direct in-person contact with COVID-19 patients, are eligible to apply for HealthBridge.</p>

<p>Volunteer applicants must provide proof of volunteer work via a letter on letterhead from the healthcare facility or Emergency Medical Services provider.</p>
<p>The letter must confirm current active volunteer status, the number of volunteer hours worked per month, and verification of hours spent working with COVID-19 patients.</p>
