<div dir="ltr"><span><font face="Calibri">In an effort to get the schedule out earlier for the following month, going forward please provide any schedule changes, requests, etc. by the 3rd Friday of the month to Srini so that we can put out the schedule earlier.
This will allow everyone to see if needed to see if there are any holes remaining they can fill and we can re-send changes as needed, thank you for your cooperation in this. That means for the May schedule please submit any issues by April 15th.</font></span></div>

<div dir="ltr"><span><font face="Calibri">Please find the April schedule attached, there are again 3 pages to cover duty, backup & daytime scheduling. The Duty schedule has that nights on-call officer listed below the crew in blue, please contact that officer
for any issues that arise during your shift. If there are any issues please let Srini or I know so we can correct them. As soon as I get the Explorer schedule I will send it out to assist crews in knowing if/when/who there explorer is

<div dir="ltr"><font face="Calibri">There continues to be A LOT of holes on this month's backup shifts considering the size roster we continue to have. For anyone who is interested in taking a 6 or 12 hour shift, and there are a couple nights/weekends that
could use a 3rd. Even if you can't fill the hole every week or for the entire shift but can fill some of it please let me know ASAP.</font></div>

<font face="Calibri">Thank you to everyone who sent your daytime availability, I know some people have been running during the day that aren't on the schedule on a regular basis PLEASE send me your availability even if it's only a week in advance so I can put
you on the schedule so I can ensure you can get credit. </font></p>
