The following is a recap of the open charts for the squad as of this email.

 

13 charts still open from last year.  NO EXCUSE for this

12 charts with no case or event numbers. Call Dispatch for info

3 charts with partial case numbers. Call Dispatch for info

17 charts from this month are more than 10 days old.

There are 65 open charts with all but 8 open more than 5 days

 

The following is a list of open charts by member.  If you are having an
issue closing a chart, please let me know at tonight's meeting. If you are
not having an issue closing a chart, IT SHOULD NOT BE OPEN.
