[KPFARS-Members] CPR/FA Reminder

I will be doing classes Saturda y  June 20  CPR  9a-1p ,First aid  2p-5p   .

Classes will be held at KPFARS on New RD. Each participant must register with me via e-mail or by phone. 
Class size limited to 9 people per class. Cost of class is $15/class for members.  Please remember students  must have books with them  during  class. It is suggested you read the book before the class as there will be a test on the material. Book is American Heart association BLS Healthcare provider  ISBN-13:  978-161669039 . Can be purchased at AMAZON.Com .
There is a $5 non-refundable fee required to sign up for class. Students can choose to pay for the entire class ahead of time or $5 before and $10 at class. No student will be registered without this.
Registration ends June 13 for these classes, so participants must sign up by e-mail and purchase book by this day. If there is insufficient registration class will be canceled and anyone signed up will be notified June 15.
