[KPFARS-Members] Missing information

Dear Matt,

I heard you are in charge of all membership files. I wanted to know that now that I am a regular member. Is there any information in my file that is missing? I just submitted beneficiaries information, got fingerprints done and submitted a copy of my EMT card. Is there anything else that is required? Please advise.
