To all,

 

At the last Business meeting there was a lengthy discussion about being an
EMT and the responsibility of completing and closing charts in a timely
manner.   There should be no reason that you cannot close a chart within a
few days or at least within 1 week of the call. If there is an issue with
the chart or call, a line officer should be notified.  With that said, there
are still 47 open charts.

 

7 charts are less than 1 week old

7 are from earlier in June

10 are from May

2 are from April

9 are from the first 3 months of the year

12 are from last year

 

There are no valid reasons I or the line are aware of for 40 of the charts
being open.  

 

Please , be professional, proactive, and set a good example for others and
close your charts.  If you need assistance please let me know asap.
