[KPFARS-Members] squad CPR refresher

Hell to all:  PLEASE let me know if you can make the class at New road on
Tuesday, Nov. 17th at 7PM. Hopefully, getting this class completed before
our normal February refresher will eliminate the mass chaos of having too
many members at once and will also satisfy my instructor trainer to
recertify my instructor status.
