[KPFARS-Members] CPR and First aid classes

I will be doing classes Saturday June 10th
 
9am-12 pm first aid $15
1 pm-5:30 pm CPR $15
 
All classes will be held at KPFARS at 121 NewRD. Each participant must register with me via e-mail or byphone. 
 
Class size limited to 9 people per class. Cost of class is$15/class for members.  Please remember students MUST have booksduring class. There is a test at the end of the courses and you areresponsible for material in the book. Be sure you are getting the 2016 book asthe regulations have changed in 2015. Book available on Channing Betein electronic or physical book. Book information at bottom ofe-mail.
 
There is a $5 non-refundable deposit required to signup for class. Students can choose to pay for the entire class ahead of time or$5 before and $10 at class. No student will be registered without this deposit.Deposits can be made by check/cash/paypal ( kitkat6852 at aol.com)
 
Registration ends June 4th for these classes, soparticipants must sign up by e-mail and purchase book by this day. 
If someone not on the first aid squad list would like totake the class. Please forward them this e-mail as it contains importantclass information. Cost for nonmembers is $25/class and they mustregister with me.
