[KPFARS-Members] REMINDER: The November Drill is Wednesday November 1 and it is on the Squad's Spinal Motion Restriction. The drill starts at 2000

The November Drill will be held on November 1st at the New Road Building and will start at 2000 promptly (8 p.m. ).  (For Catholic members of the squad - St. Augustine's has a 7 p.m. mass, for All Saints day; so you can come right after mass.)


The drill will be training on the Squad's Spinal Motion Restriction Protocol.


N.J. Office of EMS allows EMT's to utilize Spinal Motion Restriction instead of Spinal Immobilization, but only after the EMT has received training on the agency's approved  protocol


Non-EMT's should also attend the training so that they can assist the EMT in providing Spinal Motion Restriction.


You should make every effort to attend the drill, but if you cannot, please Brian or me know in writing (such as a reply to this email), so you can be excused.
