[KPFARS-Members] CPR/First Aid

 I will be doing classes May 5th, please arrive 8:45 we can start promptly
by 9.

9am-12 pm first aid $20
1 pm-5:30 pm CPR $20

All classes will be held at KPFARS at 121 New RD. Each
participant must register with me via e-mail or by this form:

Class size limited to 15 people per class. Cost of class is $20/class for
members.  Please remember students MUST have books during class. There is a
test at the end of the courses and you are responsible for material in the
book. Be sure you are getting the 2016 book as the regulations have changed
in 2015. Book available on Channing Bete in electronic or physical
book. Book information at bottom of e-mail.

There is a $5 non-refundable deposit required to sign up for class.
Students can choose to pay for the entire class ahead of time or $5 before
and $15 at class. No student will be registered without this deposit.
