All,
Attached are the minutes of the November business meeting, the attendance sheet and other attachments.  I know the first two documents are Word documents.  If you cannot open these and need me to switch to pdf, just shoot me an email.  
As for this whole bid spec on the ambulance, I was a little confused about the discussion.  Hopefully, I got it right although I did not know who seconded the motion that was made by Nick.  Al, please send me any corrections and I will fix and send out again if need be.  I'm tired and just want to go to sleep.
