[KPFARS-Members] 2019 Member Expense Reimbursement

Attached please find the reimbursement form for FY2019 with the increase to $250 per the approved motion from a meeting last year.  Please complete this form at your earliest convenience and place it in the Presidents mailbox for review.  I will also have physical copy's at tonight's meeting for those who would like to fill it out then, I'd like to have all of these reimbursements completed no later than the end of June to avoid people completing them at the end of this year thus flowing the payments into the following fiscal year.
