[KPFARS-Members] IMPORTANT: County OEMS Request

I have  received a request via the township OEMS, asking me to survey the squad members, to determine if anyone has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

By impacted I am referring to one of the two following situations:


  1.   You are experiencing the symptoms of Covid-19.;
  2.   You have been exposed to person who possibly has Covid-19 when you were not in full PPE, but you are not symptomatic,  In this case you should be self-quarantining.

If you fall into either of these categories, please call me, do not email me.  Call me at (732) 266-3241.   If I do not answer leave me a message with a number I can call you back at, and I will call back as soon as I can.

Your name will not be used in any reports.
