To: All KPFARS Members,

 

If you have a Franklin Township radio, (Black Motorola) you MUST turn it in
to Scott Weis (KPFARS Dep- Chief) immediately for an upgrade and
reprogramming. In the very near future, Franklin Township communications is
moving to a newer radio system and unless the radios are reprogrammed, they
will no longer work. Any delay in turning in the radios will prolong the
programming process and prevent us from having communications with Franklin
Twp on EMS Calls.

 

We will keep an older programmed Franklin Radio at the building for the Duty
crews to use until the new system is online by July1 or sooner.  

 

DUTY CREWS.Please bring your Franklin Radios to the Squad building on or by
your next duty shift and notify Scott that the radio is there.  Anyone not
on a Duty Crew with a radio should contact Scott and make arrangements to
give him the radio.
