[KPFARS-Members] Wednesday Meeting/Dinner and Elections

Hi everyone,


This is the final reminder to RSVP for the December meeting/dinner (this Wed. at 7pm) if you haven't already done so (you can just send me a message directly). We are also looking for a few volunteers to help with set up and clean up. If you can be available for either, please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.


If you will not be attending the meeting in person but would like to vote for an e-board/line officer, you can still cast your vote by secret ballot.


To do this, write the position and name of your chosen nominee (listed on the squad whiteboard) on a blank piece of paper without including your name. Fold the paper, place it in an envelope, seal it, and sign your name over the seal. Drop the signed envelope in the secretary's mailbox before the meeting on Wednesday and two tellers will tabulate the votes at the meeting. You must be a full and active member to vote.
