[KPFARS-Operations] Somerset Street

Due to the Hungarian festival today a large section of Somerset St will be shutdown and the remainder is anticipated to be barely passable and a large increase in traffic in the area.  Please keep this in mind if you transport into New Brunswick that you will need to take an alternate route to RWJUH. The festival starts at 11:00 and runs past 20:00, my understanding is that the road will be shutdown during this entire period.
