[KPFARS-Operations] Busy Schedules

In an attempt to respect everyone's busy schedule I will no longer be
sending out the open emsChart's reports.  Except for a few members, the
report seems to be just another added email destined for the trash or spam
folders.  As of this email there are 50 open charts.  32 are open charts
from September.  The rest are from earlier this year.  It appears that the
membership (at least in a large part) disagree with the lines philosophy
that call charts should be completed in a timely manner if completed at all.

With that said, please be prepared to complete your charts before or at
upcoming squad functions.  We will have additional computers available and
line officers available to assist you if needed.  The next squad function
will be the October Drill on 10/1/2014 7pm.  We will have a quest speaker
from Franklin Police with a demonstration of their ESU vehicle and
equipment.
