[KPFARS-Operations] Closing out 2015

To my Squad Family,

As the end of 2015 approaches I would like to thank all of you that have
provided Emergency Medical Services to our community.  We as an organization
have and continue to grow as a professional asset for the residents and
visitors of South Brunswick and Franklin Township.  To continue providing
professional services into 2016, we must recognize the challenges that the
future holds.  Membership, funding, training, and new technologies, just to
name a few are areas that must always be addressed, managed and improved.
It is my hope that you will support and assist your incoming line officers
in 2016.  

Managing a volunteer organization always has challenges.  Unfortunately,
many of the challenges we face are internal.  The good news is we can manage
and improve most internal issues by working together.  2016 is a clean slate
with unlimited possibilities.  If we can get past, "That is the way we used
to do it", "It has always been that way", and "I don't want to learn
something new", we will be one of the elite EMS volunteer agencies in the
state.

This is my last planed email of 2015 to the membership.  Below are the stats
on calls to date and an ever growing list of open charts.

On behalf of my family and I, we wish you a happy holiday season and a
healthy, safe, prosperous, and good New Year.
