To all active members using emsCharts,

 

It has been brought to the lines attention that there may be paper charts
from calls that have not been entered into emsCharts.  In the near future we
will be starting an audit looking for missing calls.  In the short term if
you have or know of any paper charts that have not been entered, please
notify us or get them entered asap.  

 

Besides all of the reasons we are supposed to promptly enter charts, there
are several other personal reasons you should consider.

 

There is a tight competition for several recognitions within the squad's
responders.

 

Top responders

Top 10 responders

Responders with over 100 calls

LOSAP

And others to be announced.

 

If the calls are not entered you will not get credit for the call and
possibility miss out on a deserved recognition.  At this time there are
several members close to different acknowledgments.  Please take the time to
complete the charts.  Remember that the charts you are on include other
members that may not have access to enter or close charts and may be
impacted by your actions.
