This is unacceptable and an embarrassment to the squad.  You have the most running experience of any one on the squad, over. 35 years I believe.  You are also one of the most educated members of the squad.

You are setting a horrendous example  for any member of the squad.  If you don't complete your charts it's no wonder that others don 't feel they  have to. 

You told me that all your charts are completed but not locked.  If that is the case either lock them or you lied to me.  

Everybody is busy but all need to comply with the lines requests in a timely manner.  

I implore you to close and lock your charts ASAP.  You, as a lawyer, should know what risk this could put the squad in if they were just locked.  Following up on this simple issue prevents the line from implementing a Q&A process to improve overall charting and documentation.
