I wanted to reach out and thank all of those who assisted with providing coverage during this past weekends Snow Storm that dumped close to 30" of snow in our area. Between 1800 Friday and 1800 Sunday we logged roughly a total of 314 man hours, and this is all thanks to those who were able to help out in one way or another. I want to give a special thank you to those who assisted covering calls & those who stayed at the building ensuring we had several crews available; Nick, Joe B, Krys, Anne, Prem, Rebecca, Priyanka, Matt, Alison, and Srini, I would also like to thank Liz who did some pre-storm shopping to ensure we had food available during the stand-by.

Between 18:00 on Friday 1/22 and 06:00 on Monday we handled a total of 21 calls, during which we handled 2 simultaneous calls, a breakdown of the calls is as follows;
We handled 5 between 1800-0000 on Friday, 4 between 0000-06000 on Saturday, 3 between 0600-1800 Saturday, 1 overnight between 1800-0600 Saturday into Sunday, 4 between 0600-1800 Sunday, and finally 4 overnight 1800-0600 Sunday into Monday handled by our regular Sunday night crew.

Thank you!
