This month Thursday's are in desperate need of a Driver or EMT



Please find the July schedule attached, there are again 3 pages to cover duty, backup & daytime scheduling.  The Duty schedule has that nights on-call officer listed below the crew in blue, please contact that officer for any issues that arise during your shift.  If there are any issues please let Srini or I know so we can correct them. As soon as I get the Explorer schedule I will send it out to assist crews in knowing if/when/who there explorer is.

There continues to be holes on this month's backup shifts.  For anyone who is interested in taking a 6 or 12 hour shift, and there are a couple nights/weekends that could use a 3rd.  Even if you can't fill the shift every week or for the entire shift but can fill some of it please let me know ASAP.

Thank you to everyone who sent your daytime availability, I know some people have been running during the day that aren't on the schedule on a regular basis PLEASE send Srini or I your availability even if it's only a week in advance so we can put you on the schedule so I can ensure you can get credit.

Again if you are able to help out daytime to help cover the 1200-1800 shifts or the night shifts 1800-0000<tel:1800-0000> or a weekend shift 0600-0600<tel:0600-0600> (even part of it), it would be appreciated.


In an effort to get the schedule out earlier for the following month, please provide any schedule changes, requests, etc. by the 3rd Friday of the month to Srini so that we can put out the schedule earlier.  This will allow everyone to see if needed to see if there are any holes remaining they can fill and we can re-send changes as needed, thank you for your cooperation in this.
This means for the August schedule please submit any changes/issues by July 21st.

Also we have been seeing an increase in 2nd (and 3rd calls) on the weekends both during the afternoon and evening so if you are around & available please try to keep your pager on.
