Meeting called to Order @1900 by Dave Evans Vice President

Waived the meeting minutes and reports except for Membership Committee

Membership Chair Matt Montville reported to the members that the membership
committee reviewed and approved the 1st reading of Donna Batencourt.

Donna is a NJ Certified EMT and past member of KPFARS who wants to return
to the squad.

Motion to adjourn the special meeting by William Kennedy. Seconded by Frank
Low-Beer.
Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned @17:06
