[KPFARS-Operations] Epidemic

After close monitoring, it appears we have an epidemic developing within the
boundaries that are covered by our Squad. We have not been contacted by the
CDC or any other health organization as yet.  If we were to be contacted for
medical information, the probability that we could provide any meaningful
information in a timely manner is spotty at best. 

 

As of this notification we have 126 open Medical charts, with an unknown
amount that have not been entered or started.

 

The specifics of the Epidemic are, Complacent attitudes, forgetfulness,
laziness, procrastination, and lack of follow-through.  These behaviors are
infectious and damaging to new members, existing members, and patients if
their records were ever needed to help provide medical treatment or history.


 

Article 2, Section 6 of the KPFARS By-Laws states that a Detailed call
report will be completed at the end of each call.  

 

See Attached By-Laws in the event you do not have a copy.  (This is the most
current version I know of)

 

I was unable to attend the business meeting last night.  My intention was to
bring this to the floor during the meeting.  I apologize for my absence.
