[KPFARS-Operations] Start Time for Tonight's Drill (Thursday) is 7:30 pm

There is some confusion as to the start time of the drill.

While the email says 7:00 pm, the invitation says 7:30 pm.

In order to not interfere with other plans for those that saw the 7:30 pm, we will start at 7:30 pm.

If the membership committee could sign on at 7:15 pm, we can have a brief meeting before the drill.
