[KPFARS-Operations] Non-emergency transport for life member

Pat Meyer, a life member, is in need of a transport on Monday, June 15.  The transport company company that they had hired has cancelled on them.  The transport is to a facility about an hour from here and her treatment will take about 4 to 5 hours.  Plan on leaving here at 10 am and returning at 5 pm.  The squad will pay for you lunch.  If you can help a squad life member, let me know ASAP.
