[KPFARS-Operations] Toughbook in A-62 is not working

The Toughbook in A-62 is not working.  Only a few letters on the keyboard work.  The built in keyboard does work, but is cumbersome.  There are paper patient care reports and RMA’s in the aluminum clipboard that can be used if you want to use them.  You will then have to enter the data into the system using the online version of EMS Charts.  RMA’s should be scanned into the electronic call sheet.  If you have any questions, call or email me.
