[KPFARS-Operations] This isn't working

Of late I have been thinking that I am wasting a lot of  time with the
Squad Operations.

If members don't  show commitment for something they signed up, I don't
know what we are doing here. We never knocked your doors or forced you to
join the squad.

We had a handful of people who showed up at the drill last night. Thank you
to those who showed up.  I know few members had some health issues, some
had other school related commitments. We totally understand. We are not
expecting 100% attendance.  But the overall attendance is disappointing.

Till we get some commitment from you all, we wouldn't be doing any paid
drills going forward.

As a last attempt in making this work, could you all please take a minute

We had a good number of enthusiastic Cadets who showed up. Maybe it is time
to rethink the way we are loading up crews.
