[KPFARS-Operations] Wednesday Open Shift 1800-0000

With Mustafa and Raza going back to school, we have a slot open for
Wednesdays, 1800-0000.
Please let me know if any of you would like to switch to Wednesdays.
We are publishing schedules at least by the 20th. You all have at least 10
days to review and submit the changes.
In spite of this we are consistently getting last minute call outs. If you
can't commit, please let me know and we can find a different shift for you.
