   Dear EMS Colleague:


   The Trauma Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital is
   implementing a new process for follow up on trauma patients brought to
   the trauma center.
    1. Must have an EMS record in EMS Charts, ImageTrend or sent to me
       directly.
    2. Authorized EMS Agency Representative work email address (personal
       emails such as gmail are not acceptable) to receive a report.
