[KPFARS-Operations] Driving in Winter Weather

*Attention All Drivers & Crews:*

Please be extra careful while driving on wet roads. Lights or No lights
reduce speeds.
A63 isn't the best of our ambulances on wet surfaces especially while
taking turns at some speeds. Please slow down while taking sharp turns.

There were multiple instances where we almost lost control of A63 last
year. Thankfully we didn't crash.

For the safety of yourself, Crew, Patient, our property, please be very
careful and safe while driving.  Most of our drivers are good but we still
want to reiterate the importance of Safe driving.
