[KPFARS-Operations] Squad Drills and Skill Refreshers

Good Morning All.
Thank you all for joining the Cardiac Arrest Team Scenarios Refresher.
Thanks to Kosta for taking time and patiently going over this with us.

I have asked all the Crew Chiefs to practice the CPR Team Scenarios with
you either on your duty shift between calls or at a mutually convenient
time for your crews.
The goal is in the next 2-3 weeks from now, each and every riding member
must be familiar and proficient with Cardiac Arrest Team Skills.  Work with
your Crew Chiefs and make sure that you spend a good amount of time until
we are comfortable.
Please let me know if this doesn't happen with your crew in the next 2
weeks. I am always available and more than happy to go over this.

To accommodate members who can't attend drills on Wednesday, the next Skill
Refresher Session is scheduled for Tuesday November 7th, 1830-2030.
Two medics from RWJ will be doing this.

Topic: All things Altered Mental and Stroke

I encourage all riding members to attend these sessions.

Future Refresher sessions:

   - All Things Moving Patients (Backboards, Reeves, Stair Chair, Mega
   mover, Binder lift, Stretcher etc.,)
   - All things O2: Portable tanks, Changing Main O2, Nasal Cannula, NRB,
   BVM, etc.,
   - Bleeding Control
   - Childbirth
   - Airway Management and Suction
