In an effort to keep our building and ambulances clean and better I propose the following:

1. We now have two bins in the bay one with bio bag and one regular trash. Please dispose all used gloves etc accordingly 

2. Please don’t leave filled Vomit bags in the ambulance bin. Discard them at the hospital. 

3. Please don’t keep expired medication, AED Pads, Saline water, Epi pens etc on the table in the main meeting room. We have a small new bin in the rehab/A62 bay. please drop them in the assigned bin.

4.  Brian LB, Please find a way to get rid of the 2 manual stretchers that are in the hallway and SB3 office.

5. The red old radios container is still in the main hall. It’s been more than a year. If it is still around for our next business meeting, I will dispose it my way 😊

6.  House and Grounds, Rehab bay must be organized. There is no need of keeping the old floppies, broken blue light bar etc. 

7. Often I get calls from Patients and families asking for patients’ lost belongings. I left few bags in A63. If you have a patient who can’t take care of his/her cellphone and Drivers license or any other small items you can use these bags and hand it over to the hospital.

8. Brian LB, There are some ancie AEDs in rehab bay. please throw them unless you have different plans. Old Portable O2 box that had SBPD 908 on it is handed over to PD

9. If you order food, please don’t leave used or unused Ketchup, Chilli flakes, Soy sauce etc, on the table. Thanks for being considerate to others but it’s not helping. This may sound silly, but it is getting bad.

10. Please don’t leave empty package material in the ambulances, Cabinets. It will be difficult for us if you leave empty boxes.
