This Thursday, April 17th, from 6 to 8 pm is the Grape Escape Fundraiser sponsored by the South Brunswick Economic Development Commission. The funds are being earmarked to support EMS in South Brunswick. It is important that we have a good showing at the event. It is on Stults Road in Dayton, behind the Quik Chek on Rt. 130. The Grape Escape facility is in the building next to the Subway's, on the first floor.
So far I have not heard from many people that they will be there. This is a mandatory squad event and will also be lots of fun. Please confirm that you are coming or let me know the reason you cannot attend.
I cannot be there because I have a prior commitment in Washington, DC. However, Scott will be there and will coordinate the squad at the event. The duty crew will also be expected to be there unless they are on a call.
Scott will be running a demo at the event on bleeding control and Frank will be running a demo on the Lucas Device. If you want to help either one with their demo, please contact them directly.
The squad will assemble at the building at 5:30 and head to the event at 5:45 pm. If you cannot be there by that time, you may come over in your own vehicle. Put 12 Stults Road into your GPS.
Please come in uniform. Also please register at the event website for the event. The event flyer is attached with a QR code to scan and the link to the registration.
Thank you.
