[KPFARS-Operations] January Drill

The January Drill will NOT be held on January 1, 2025 (the first Wednesday of the month).  The squad does not hold drills or business meetings on National or other major holidays.

The drill will instead be held on Tuesday, January 7th at 7 PM.  This date does not appear to conflict with any other squad activiities..

The drill will cover the following topics:


  1.
 The new patient monitor (yes, it is finally here).  This monitor will allow you to not only monitor pulse ox, pulse rate, and blood pressure, but also temperature and respiratory rate.
  2.
  The annual review of Standard Operating Guidelines
  3.
  A review of the preparation of Patient Care Reports incorporating the latest versions of emsCharts and the latest State requirements.


These are all important topics, and you should make every effort to attend.  However, if you cannot please let me know so you can be excused.
