[KPFARS-Operations] Final Version of the October 2024 Schedule

Attached is the final version of the schedule for October 2024.  The first couple of weeks have been uploaded to Planit EMS and the rest of the schedule should be uploaded by tomorrow.  If you switch with anyone or get someone to cover for you, please let me know, so that I can change it on Planit EMS so that the people that ride are properly credited towards LOSAP points.

There are many holes in the schedule, especially on weekends.  If you can cover any of these please let me know.

Most of our squad members or not riding the minimum of 24 hours per month, which is half of what is required in our by-laws.  If you rarely ride, you will not develop the skills needed to be a productive member of our squad.

Many of you are not riding at all.  If you are one of these people, contact me to let me know what your plans are with respect to the squad.
