[KPFARS-Operations] Proposed October Schedule

Attached is the proposed schedule for October 2024.

Please review the schedule and advise me of any changes that need to be made.

There are several open shifts that need to be filled, especially for crew chiefs and drivers.  If you can fill in any of these let me know.

Our by-laws require that each member run at least a full shift (12 hours) per week.  We are allowing members to only run 24 hours per month as a minimum.  Many members are only running the minimum or even less.  Some are not running at all.

Our mission is to respond to emergency calls.  Our residents have a right to expect us to answer that call.  Our main duty is to meet that goal.

In making the schedule for any day, priority will be given to members that are willing to run full 12-hour shifts and then to those currently running on that day.

Please advise me by September 29th of any changes that need to be made.  After that you will be responsible to find coverage for your assigned shift.
