[KPFARS-Operations] Contacting Franklin dispatch

A franklin portable has been reprogrammed on the new system and put in the charger at the building. This should be used to contact franklin going forward.

Franklin upgraded their radio system yesterday at noon. We had no warning for this date.

While we get the radios working on the new system please contact Franklin dispatch on the old VHF dispatch channel. It located in the bottom radio in A64 (icom) the channel should look like attached image.
