[KPFARS-Operations] Charting Quality Assurance (QA)

Good Evening,

In an ongoing effort to enhance the quality of our patient care
documentation, we are introducing a Charting Quality Assurance (QA) Team.
The purpose of this team is to ensure that all charts meet the standards
set forth by NJ OEMS.

This includes, but is not limited to:

   - Charts being signed by and locked within 24 hours by all EMTs
   - Appropriate use of "Add Actions"
   - Documentation of at least two complete sets of vital signs
   - Clinical accuracy and completeness

You may begin receiving QA Flag notifications via emsCharts. Please review
these flags, address any concerns noted, and respond accordingly. We ask
that you continue to complete charts with as much detail as possible and
lock them promptly.
