[KPFARS-Operations] Extra Crews Needed for Potential Winter Storm this Sunday, February 22nd

The police department is asking to see if we can have a crew available at anytime on this Sunday.  If you are available at any time on Sunday from 6 am until 6 am Monday, please let Abi know while I am away.  I will be back home on Tuesday morning.
