[KPFARS-Operations] Squad March Drill Tonight, Wednesday, March 5 at 7 PM

Our March drill will take place tonight, Wednesday, March 4, at 7 PM.

This will be an in-person drill and will not be virtual.  It will be held at the New Road building.

The subject will be Glucometry.

The State legislature passed a law recently making both the measuring of blood sugar levels (glucometry) as well as the administration of glucagon to patients with hypoglycemia, EMT skills.

This is an important drill to attend as we will discuss glucometry as we prepare to add glucometry to our skill set.  We will not only hear a lecture but will also practice taking blood sugars.  We will also touch on the use of glucagon.
