Many of you reported not receiving IAR messages and call data not available.  The problem is not dispatch; it lies with the CAD interface and the vendor has responded and fix is in place.  If you continue to have calls with no data transmitted please let me know.  

Also, if you opted out of having the IAR app or were never offered it and want to add it to a PC or mobile device, let me know.
