[KPFARS-Members] Proposed Change to KPFARS Constitution and By Laws

We will be bring the proposed change to the appointment of representatives to positions currently appointed by the Squad President.  Attached is the proposal as drafted and endorsed by the Constitution and By-Laws committee.

This constitutes official notice of the vote on the proposed change to be held at our next business meeting April 15th, 2015 8:00 pm at our New Road Building.  Approval will require 2/3rds of the active (eligible to vote) members of KPFARS.  Voting will be held by secret ballot at the meeting.  Voting will also be accepted from active members by return email advising for or against the proposal.  This email must be sent to myself as President and Srini as recording secretary before 6 pm on April 15th.  Voting will also be accepted by US mail addressed to either myself or Srini and received by the corresponding secretary before the start of the business meeting.  And lastly you can vote by putting a copy in a sealed envelope in the either of our squad office cubby holes before the 8:) pm start of the meeting.
